Christopher refutes the claims of the Anti-Missionaries, that Yeshua is not the Messiah by bringing out the texts of the Baal Shem Tov, R. Bachya, R. Loel, The Maharal, The Talmuds, The Zohar and orthodox concepts. This episode also serves to correct the body of Messiah in terms of their approach. Given that Christopher was trained in a much different way than many in the Hebrew Roots it is promised that you have not heard a teaching like this in proving the Messiah-ship of Yeshua. Christopher uses the writings of the Maharal and 3, which is also indicated in the sefiros and 3 time periods in the Talmud. Christopher shows how in Deuteronomy 17 we are bound to the interpretations of the Rabbis before the destruction of the second temple, Yeshua also makes note of this in Matthew 23, how we are bound to the interpretations and the rulings of the Rabbis and Sages in the Mishna and how Orthodox Judaism is breaking that very concept they hold tightly to in terms of the unanimous decision by the Rabbis in terms of Isaiah 53. Yet the second interpretation by later Rabbis, Christopher also shows how their "Israel interpretation" is again proving the Messiahship of Yeshua.
Christopher talks about the authenticity of the Aramaic in bringing out PaRDeS (Pashat, Remez, Drosh, and Sod) to show the gospels are more Jewish in their Aramaic form than any other books ever written in the Bible and how Paul was a master of Jewish mysticism which gets into the sod level texts.
Christopher also discusses a prophecy of the Baal Shem Tov and how one of his student's revealed it about Messiah Yeshua. All this and much more.
In this episode Christopher parallels the problems we have in the Netzari and Messianic faiths and how it parallels the same issue a majority have in marriage which is "becoming wicked through your righteousness". Christopher discusses how to handle an unobservant spouse and how we make many mistakes when this happens and how we do more harm than good with our comments and criticisms. This is the final lesson on the chapter "Honoring Your Wife" from Rabbi Shalom Arush's book "The Garden of Peace" next week we will be picking up on chapter 6.
In the first segment of this teaching Christopher talks about the symbolism used in the Zohar of a wife being the moon and the husband being the sun and how this plays into the God showing us even before man's creation how one must treat and honor his wife.
In the second segment Christopher picks up on page 121 of The Garden of Peace and talks about how a wife's anger and hurt that causes her to not allow her husband to do what she wants is essentially Hashem trying to speak to the husband and trying to correct him.
Christopher continues on with the chapter from Rabbi Shalom Arush's book "The Garden of Peace: A Marital Guide for Men" on the chapter of Honoring your wife. Christopher continues on discussing how honor must not be seen as being received by the husband but rather the husband must give honor to his wife and realizing that the wife is the receiver and the husband is the giver. All this and much much more in this episode.
