In the start of this year's Torah cycle. Christopher goes over a premise many do not see in the Torah Portion Bereishis. Which is the mitzvos of "gathering the sparks", when we look at the mystical texts of the Zohar and the Sefer Yetzriah we see the aspect of division and coming together found throughout the Torah Portion as well as the battle of the yetzer hara. These premises spoken about in the mystical texts of Judaism are also paralleled in the New Testament.

This week at the study we focus in for the first 15 minutes on Parshas Nitzavim considering Christopher and Brooke were out of town and study was cancelled. In this study this week, the focus is on the ideal of "rapture" and the ingathering, as well as premises found in Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, the ideal of prayer and fasting, as well as the how the Torah Portion cycle was read during the times of Yeshua and what one of the original jobs of the King was in terms of the Torah Portions per Devarim.
