![]() This past week I was asked a lot about the concept of reincarnation within Judaism, to be honest this was never something I was taught in my conversion and ordination through Breslov, so I decided to give a good answer by pinpointing when the concept was first found within Judaism. How it evolved over time, why it evolved and how it relates to the New Testament and most notably the letter to the Hebrews and John being Elijah. Through this, I had to pinpoint when a certain document was written and through the idiomatic expression found within the Hebrew that does not bring up the word "reincarnation" but rather stating that "Messiah ben Ephraim died and rejected death", find out about this concept and is it what we think it is? Is it really against the New Testament if we take it back to it's original model? Also, do Hebrew Roots people and Christians teach a form of reincarnation and don't even realize it? This episode will answer many questions on this concept by going through the chronology of thought. ![]()
